🏃♂️ Event Overview
Join us for the 47th Annual Huntsville Half Marathon, sponsored by Fleet Feet Huntsville/Madison and presented by the Huntsville Track Club! The race starts at 8 a.m. at Hillwood Baptist Church, 300 Kohler Road, Huntsville, AL. This flat and fast course through South Huntsville is perfect for first-time half marathoners, PR attempts, and as training for the Rocket City Marathon.
💧 Course Support
- Aid Stations: Water, powerade, Gu, bananas, and porta-potties will be provided every 2 miles.
- Entertainment: We’re also planning entertainment along the course!
🚗 Parking Information
- Limited Parking: Parking at the church is limited: carpooling is encouraged.
- Compliance: Please observe and comply with the directions of the volunteers directing parking.
- No Parking: Do not park on private property or in areas that are blocked off.
🌤️ Weather Considerations
Weather conditions vary in early November so be prepared for conditions that could be warm and sunny, chilly and windy, or rainy.
⏱️ Time Limit
The race has a 3 1/2 hour cutoff, due to city permits.
