One of Roanoke's most loved and luckiest races is back with the Shamrock Hill Run on Saturday, March 15, 2025, at 9:00 am!

🏃‍♂️ Race Details

Brought to you by Roanoke Catholic School, our 5K (and this year it really is a 5K!) and 1-miler gives you a healthy, fun start to all of Roanoke's St. Patrick's Day weekend festivities.

🗺️ Course Information

• Starting Point: Both races will start and end at Roanoke Catholic.
• Route: Features an all-new route that winds its way through Gainsboro and Lick Run Greenway.
• Awards: Medals will be awarded in all men's and women's age groups.
• Costumes: Special prizes for the best St. Patrick's Day costumes following the race at the Celtic-themed awards ceremony in Roanoke Catholic's Gillespie Family Gymnasium.

🕒 Registration Information

• Early Registration: $30 through February 28 at 3:00 pm.
• Regular Registration: $35 after February 28.
• T-Shirts: Race shirts guaranteed for all who register by March 7.
• Packet Pickup: Available March 14, 3:00-7:00 pm and starting at 8:00 am on race day.

🎓 Beneficiary

All proceeds benefit Roanoke Catholic School, which is dedicated to the education of the whole person, blending learning with faith and faith with daily life.
