Labor Day 5K

Join Us for the Labor Day 5K!

Join us in celebrating the American Worker with the 7th Annual Labor Day 5K!

Come out and join us as to run one of Orlando's most beautiful courses! This course will take you out and back around Lake Baldwin, with views of the lake on the entire course and plenty of shade this course is perfect for those experienced runners and those new to running!

What is Labor Day?

• Date: The first Monday in September.
• Origin: A creation of the labor movement.
• Dedication: Celebrating the social and economic achievements of American workers.
• Tribute: A yearly national tribute to the contributions of workers to our nation's strength and prosperity.

About the Race

• Host: The 6th Annual Labor Day is hosted by the Southern Timing Foundation, Inc. a registered 501(c)(3) organization EIN: 85-3628015.
• Timing: This race will be RFID chip timed.
• Perks: All participants will receive a performance race shirt, finisher medal, snacks, drinks and a swag bag filled with items from sponsors.
• Course: The race starts and finishes at Harbor Park at Lake Baldwin, featuring a scenic out-and-back route.

• Military &: First Responders: Special pricing of $15 off registration.
• Kids Discount: Kids 17 & Under can register for a $10 discount.
• Automatic Discount: The discount for kids will be applied during registration.

Packet Pick-Up

There will not be a pre-race packet pick-up for this event. Packets can only be picked-up on race morning starting at 6:45 am. Please arrive no later than 7:30 am to allow time for parking and to get your packet.

Swag

• Performance Shirt: All participants will receive a 100% polyester moisture-wicking performance shirt.
• Race Bib: Participants will be given a race bib.
• Finisher Medal: You'll earn a medal for completing the race.
• Commemorative Bag: A bag filled with swag and goodies!

Timing

Southern Timing, LLC will provide RFID Chip Timing for our event. Results will be streamed live as you cross the finish line and all participants will receive an individual results page complete with a custom finisher certificate, pace breakdown & a 20-second clip of you crossing the start & finish line!

Awards

Awards will be given out to the top 3 Male & Female finishers in each of the following categories:

• Overall: Male & Female.
• Age Groups: 10 & Under, 11-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+
