We are excited to announce the partnership between Maranacook Lake Association and the Watershed Friends to continue this beloved community event on its 23rd anniversary!! Start the 4th of July off on the right foot and join the gang at Central Maine's most popular race!

📍 Race Details

• Date: July 4, 2025
• Location: American Legion, 117 Bowdoin Street, Winthrop, ME
• Check-in: Starts at 7:00 am
• Start Time: Race begins at 8:00 am

🏅 Awards

Awards for the top finishers in each age group:

• Age Groups: 19 and under male and female
• Age Groups: 20-29 male and female
• Age Groups: 30-39 male and female
• Age Groups: 40-49 male and female
• Age Groups: 50-59 male and female
• Age Groups: 60-69 male and female
• Age Groups: 70 and over male and female

📝 Registration Information

• Deadline: Payment and registration form must be received by midnight, EST on Thursday, June 15, 2025, to guarantee a race T-shirt.
• Online Registration: Open until 11:59 pm EST on July 3, 2025.
• Same-Day Registration: Begins at 7:00 am at the American Legion and ends at 7:45 am.
• Entry Fee: A $40 entry fee will be charged, and T-shirt cannot be guaranteed.

🚫 Parking Information

For the safety of runners, parking is not allowed along the race route. Parking attendants will guide participants & spectators to designated parking areas.
