📋 Runner Policies

Please review our runner policies, below. By proceeding with registration, you agree to abide by the fundraising requirements.

💰 Fundraising Requirements

• 5K: $500 (covers race registration fee)
• 10K: $600 (covers race registration fee)
• Half Marathon: $800 (covers race registration fee)
• Marathon: $900 (covers race registration fee)
• Goofy Challenge: $1000 (covers race registration fee)
• Dopey Challenge: $1250 (covers race registration fee)

📅 Important Fundraising Dates

• 10%: Due 7 days after registration
• 25%: Due 30 days after registration
• 50%: Due 90 days after registration
• 75%: Due by May 15, 2025
• 100%: Due 30 days prior to race

💼 Refund and Deferral Policies

Refund Policy: Your initial registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. Any fundraising that you complete is non-refundable.

Deferral Policy: Deferrals are allowed from the date of registration through October 1st. The deferral is good for one event year only. Fundraising completed will also be deferred, with exceptions noted.

🔄 Event and Bib Transfer Policies

Event Transfer: Transfer requests must be made before October 1st and depend on availability. Fundraising amounts are not refunded for shorter distances.

Bib Transfer: Only allowed if requested before October 1 and conditions are met. Fundraising completed is non-refundable but can be transferred to the new participant.
