Heels Up 5K 2026

• Event: Come out and run or walk the 10th Annual Heels Up Race!!
• Date: March 21, 2026
• Location: 1024 Provenance Blvd, Shreveport, LA
• Details: This event is for all ages with a Kids Fun Run and a 5K that you can run or walk.

❤️ Support a Cause

• Proceeds: 100% of proceeds from this race supports The Hub Urban Ministries program Purchased: Not for Sale. Purchased exists to serve women and children who are victims of sex trafficking or leaving the sex industry.
• Mission: To provide Rescue, Relationship, Resources, and Recovery.
• Impact: This race is run in honor of all the survivors of sex trafficking and to fight for those who are still victims!
• Donation: All runners are invited to donate their shoes or bring a pair of shoes to donate on race day.

🌟 How We Help

• Rescue: Giving survivors access to get out of the exploitative situation and into a safe environment.
• Relationships: Surrounding women and children with healthy relationships to help them endure the healing process.
• Resources: Offering food, clothes, education, medical care, counseling, and a safe home.
• Recovery: Providing access to tools and relationships needed for healing and recovery from trauma.

📝 Registration Information

• 5K Registration: $20 thru Sept 30, $25 Oct 1 thru Oct 31, $30 Nov 1 thru Jan 31, $35 Feb 1 thru Mar 20, Race Day $40
• Kids Fun Run: $15 for ages 10 and under
• Fun Run Time: Begins at 8:00am. All kids will receive a Heels Up water bottle at packet pick-up.
• Course: 5K (3.1 miles) will start and finish in the Provenance Neighborhood.

📅 Packet Pickup

• When: Thursday, March 19th 11am-6pm, Friday, March 20th 10am-5:30pm at Run Wild, Saturday at race site
• Race Shirts: Short sleeve t-shirts available: deadline to guarantee a shirt is March 1st.
• Race Day Registration: Check-in from 7:00—8:00 AM behind Rhino South.
• Note: All race shirts not picked up will be given to volunteers.

🎁 Giveaways

• $250 to first place overall male and female winners
• $100 to second place overall male and female winners
• Heels Up Trophies: Awards for various age categories.
• Details: Categories include M&F for different age ranges, from 12 & under to 70+
