- 5 Mile Start: 7am
- Fun Run Start: Approximately 8:10am
- Awards Ceremony: 8:15am
- Packet Pickup: Friday evening from 5-7pm at Crossed Eyed Owl Pub, 105 1st Av NE, Decatur, AL 35601.
📝 Registration Information
- Early Registration: Register early to guarantee shirt size.
- T-Shirt Sales: Extra t-shirts available for sale for $10 after the awards.
- Race Day Sign-Up: $40 for 5 Mile from 6am to 6:45am at the small pavilion trailhead by the pickleball building.
- Packet Pickup: On race day from 6am to 6:45am.
🏞️ Course Details
- 5 Mile Course: Starts on the road in front of the parking lot where TC Almon was, circles the Spirit Field on the paved trail, follows the service road along the golf course.
- Trail Description: 2.4 miles of paved road and 2.6 miles of firm crushed gravel trail.
- Water Station: Runners will pass by one water station twice.
- Timing: The 5 mile will be a chip timed race: timing chip must be attached to bib which should be worn on the lower front of your body.
🏆 Awards and Recognition
- Overall Awards: Overall Male and Female, Masters Male and Female.
- Age Group Awards: Awards for ages 14 and under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75 and above.
- Fun Run: The Fun Run is a loop on the park road and trail: Not chip timed and no awards.
🚗 Parking Instructions
- Parking Locations: Please park in the water park lot or spots along the Spirit Field.
- Important Note: DO NOT PARK in the lot between the pickleball building and the event center.
