🎉 Race Overview

Thank you for your interest in the Milltown Knights of Columbus 4th of July 5K Race and 1 Mile Fun Run. As the Race is just one part of the Milltown 4th of July festivities, we hope you will join us for a day of fun, laughter and patriotism. As the race is always well attended with over 400 racers annually, it is such a big community and regional event to celebrate our country's independence day.

🏆 Fundraising Purpose

This Race is a major fundraiser for Our Lady of Lourdes, Knights of Columbus Council 7250.

💖 Community Support

With the funds raised by the Race we provide support to many local and area charities, support organizations and community programs such as the following:

• Make a Smile Foundation: Support local children's initiatives.
• Milltown 4th of July Committee: Organize community events and celebrations.
• Milltown Little League and Softball: Promote youth sports and activities.
• Food Pantries: Assist food pantries in Milltown, North Brunswick, and East Brunswick.
• Life Choices of Metuchen: Provide support to individuals facing unexpected pregnancies.
• Ozanam Men’s Shelter: Help those in need of shelter and services in New Brunswick.
• Lion’s Club Thanksgiving Meal Program: Provide meals to local families during Thanksgiving.
• Spotswood High School Project Graduation: Support post-graduation events for students.
• Coats for Kids: Distribute coats to children in need.
• Milltown Girl and Boy Scouts: Sponsor local scouting activities and programs.
• Special Olympics: Support athletes with intellectual disabilities.
• Nicole Surace Scholarship Fund: Provide scholarships for Spotswood High School students.

💰 Event Fees

• 5K Race: $30.00 with a collectible T-Shirt for registration on or before July 2, 2025. After July 2, 2025, day of the race registration will be $35 per person.
• 1 Mile Fun Run: $10.00.

📍 Race Day Details

Bib pickup will be at Road Runner Sports located at 501 Shoppes Blvd, North Brunswick NJ 08902. Pickup will be on July 3, 2025, from 3 pm - 7:00 pm. Race day pickup will be available on the morning of the race starting at 7 am at the Milltown Senior Center, which is across from the Borough Park.
