❤️ CHARITY

• Beneficiary: Kids’ Meals is a 501(c)3 nonprofit, community-based organization, serving healthy lunches to over 3,600 hungry pre-school aged children, living in poverty. They provide and deliver nutritious meals, free of cost to the families, Monday through Friday, year-round.

🚗 PARKING / TRANSPORTATION

• Parking: Parking will be available at Sam Houston Race Park

🎁 SWAG

• Participants: All Participants will receive a dri-fit race shirt, Donut Shaped Finisher Medal, Race Bib, and a Shipley Do-Nut and Coffee at the Finish Line! Plus TWO Donut Stations along the course with mini donuts!
• Kids Dash: All Kids Dash Participants receive a youth shirt, Donut Shaped Finisher Medal, and a Shipley Do-Nut and Coffee at the Finish Line!

🏆 AWARDS

• Ceremony: The awards ceremony will take place at TBD in the "basecamp area" near the Inflatables.
• Medals: The top THREE Male & Female Finishers will receive a medal and Shipley Do-Nuts Gift Certificates.
• Age Groups: Top three male and female finishers in each age group in the 5K receive an age group medal.
• Age Group Breakdown: 10 and under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75+

🥇 FINISHER MEDAL

• Medal: All in-person participants will receive a medal upon finishing the race.

⏱️ TIMING

• System: The Shipley Do-Nuts Dash 5K and 10K in-person race are both officially timed using the disposable B-Tag timing system. Timing chips are attached directly to the back of your bib number and are to remain adhered for the duration of the event.

📦 PRE-RACE PACKET PICK-UP

• Location: Pre-race packet pick-up will be at TBA
• Date & Time: Friday, October 17: 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. - TBA

🏃‍♂️ RACE DAY PACKET PICK-UP

• Availability: For an extra $10, race day packet pick-up will be available on race morning starting at 5:30 AM.
• Time: 5:30 – 7:45 AM

📬 PACKET SHIPPING

• Convenience: Make your life easier this summer and skip the lines! Choose the packet shipping option during registration and have your race packet shipped directly to your front door for only $15.95!
• Contents: Your packet includes your race shirt, bib, and more!
• No Pickup Required: If you opt for packet shipping during registration, there is no requirement to attend packet pick up.
• Shipping Limitations: Packet shipping is currently only open to US addresses within the contiguous United States. Packets will be shipped 1-2 weeks prior to the event date.

🐕 DOGS & STROLLERS

• Policy: Strollers are allowed at this event: we just ask that you start in the back of your wave pack. While we love your furry friends, animals are not allowed for safety reasons.

💵 REFUNDS

• Policy: Since Shipley Do-Nuts has many upfront costs, we have a strict and uniform policy of no refunds, no person-to-person transfer, or no deferrals to a future year.
• Final Sales: All purchases and sales are 100% final, no exceptions.

Not a Shipley Do-Nuts Dash near you? Or can't make it on the day-of? No worries! You can run it virtually! Run the race by yourself or with a large group, in the location of your choice, at any time of the day.
