❤️ CHARITY

• Organization: The official 2025 Shipley Do-Nuts Dash Charity is Kids’ Meals, a 501(c)3 nonprofit, community-based organization, serving healthy lunches to over 3,600 hungry pre-school aged children, living in poverty. They provide and deliver nutritious meals, free of cost to the families, Monday through Friday, year-round.

🚗 PARKING / TRANSPORTATION

• Parking: Parking will be available at Sam Houston Race Park

🎁 SWAG

• Participants: All Participants will receive a dri-fit race shirt, Donut Shaped Finisher Medal, Race Bib, and a Shipley Do-Nut and Coffee at the Finish Line! Plus TWO Donut Stations along the course with mini donuts!
• Kids Dash: All Kids Dash Participants receive a youth shirt, Donut Shaped Finisher Medal, and a Shipley Do-Nut and Coffee at the Finish Line!

🥇 AWARDS

• Awards Ceremony: The awards ceremony will take place at TBD in the "basecamp area" near the Inflatables.
• Top Finishers: The top THREE Male & Female Finishers will receive a medal and Shipley Do-Nuts Gift Certificates.
• Age Group Medals: Top three male and female finishers in each age group in the 5K receive an age group medal. Age groups are as follows: 10 and under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75+

🏅 FINISHER MEDAL

• Medal: All in-person participants will receive a medal upon finishing the race.

⏱️ TIMING

• Timing Method: The Shipley Do-Nuts Dash 5K and 10K in-person races are both officially timed events using the disposable B-Tag timing system. Timing chips are attached directly to the back of your bib number and are to remain adhered for the duration of the event.

📦 PRE-RACE PACKET PICK-UP

• Packet Pick-Up: Pre-race packet pick-up will be at TBA on Friday, October 17: 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. - TBA

📅 RACE DAY PACKET PICK-UP

• On Race Day: For an extra $10, race day packet pick-up will be available on race morning starting at 5:30 AM. You can pick-up your packet under the white tents!
• Time: 5:30 – 7:45 AM

🚚 PACKET SHIPPING

• Shipping Option: Make your life easier this summer and skip the lines! All you need to do is choose the packet shipping option during registration and our team will have your race packet shipped directly to your front door for only $15.95! Your packet includes your race shirt, bib, and more!
• No Pick-Up Required: If you opt for packet shipping during registration, there is no requirement to attend packet pick up.
• Shipping Details: Packet shipping is currently only open to US addresses within the contiguous United States. Packets will be shipped 1-2 weeks prior to the event date.

🐕 DOGS & STROLLERS

• Strollers Allowed: Strollers are allowed at this event, we just ask that you start in the back of your wave pack.
• Pets: While we love your furry friends, animals are not allowed for safety reasons.

💰 REFUNDS

• Policies: Since Shipley Do-Nuts has many upfront costs, we have a strict and uniform policy of no refunds, no person-to-person transfer, or no deferrals to a future year.
• No Exceptions: All purchases and sales are 100% final, no exceptions. Refunds will not be issued based on weather conditions, pandemics, or anything out of our control.

Not a Shipley Do-Nuts Dash near you? Or can't make it on the day-of? No worries! You can run it virtually! Run the race by yourself or with a large group, in the location of your choice, at any time of the day.

How It Works:

• Register: Register for the Virtual Donut Race – DOMESTIC ONLY.
• Receive Swag: You will receive your swag (Shirt, Bib, Medal, and Donut Card) in the mail.
• Run/Walk: Run/Walk your race on any day.
• Upload Results: Upload your results on the website.
• Enjoy Donuts: GO EAT SOME DONUTS!
• Satisfaction: Enjoy the satisfaction of your success and being a part of the Virtual Shipley Do-Nut Dash!
