🏃♀️ Join the Run for the Hills 5K!
Join in the 5th Annual Run for the Hills 5K event at the Oswegatchie Hills Nature Preserve in Niantic, CT. Come for an amazing trail run by Clark Pond and through beautiful scenery around the perimeter of the preserve. Proceeds from the race will go directly to maintaining this special place of quiet beauty for future generations to enjoy!

Not a runner? Hikers are also welcome to participate and enjoy the trails as well.
🏅 Awards Ceremony
This year, the awards ceremony will take place after the race at the nature preserve where you will be able to celebrate with your fellow finishers whilst enjoying some well earned refreshments!
💰 Entry Fee
- Early Registration: $25 until August 16th, then $30 (on-line)
- Day-of Registration: cash registration, $35
🗓️ Race Schedule
- Parking: There is ample parking adjacent to the preserve, with overflow at East Lyme Town Hall, 108 Pennsylvania Ave., Niantic.
- Check-in: Race Day Check in opens at 08:00 AM
- Start Time: Race starts at 09:00 AM
- Awards Ceremony: at the Nature Preserve 10:30 AM

- Top Prizes: Overall First Place Male and Female!
- Age Group Awards: Top 3 Men and Women in each age group:
- 19 and under
- 20-29
- 30-39
- 40-49
- 50-59
- 60-69
- 70+
- Timing: The race will be professionally timed by SNERRO, LLC.
