Join us for the 12th Annual Heroes 5K run / 2K walk, a charity event hosted by Shields of Hope that aims to spread hope, love, and encouragement to those impacted by cancer in the West Michigan community.

In Honor Of

• Remembering: We remember Shauna Smith, who bravely fought cancer, and honor Thoe Kok, who is currently battling brain cancer.
• Participation: The event is open to everyone, including public safety, EMS, and military personnel, who are encouraged to participate in full gear.
• Invitation: We invite those affected by cancer to join us in honor of or in memory of a loved one who has faced or is facing this challenging fight.
• Team Spirit: Remember, NO ONE FIGHTS ALONE!
