What is better than a cold delicious popsicle during the summer........a cold delicious popsicle after running a fun 5K! Join us on Saturday July 19, 2025 for the Popsicle 5K at John Prince Park in Lake Worth.

• Included Items: All participants will receive a custom race bib, event shirt, finisher medal, and POPSICLES!
• Popsicle Varieties: Do you like the rainbow popsicles? Do you like the Orange Creamsicle? Maybe your favorite is a fruit bar? We have you covered!
• Warmup Offer: We will have unlimited ice pops available before, during, and after the run/walk.

🏅 Awards and Recognition

The Popsicle 5K is a chipped timed event with awards provided to the top 3 overall (male and female) and top 3 in each age group.

• Award Categories: Top 3 overall male and female.
• Age Group Awards: Top 3 in each age group.
• Medals: Awesome popsicle medals will be provided to all award winners.

• Pre-Race Packet Pickup: Thursday July 17, 2025, from 4:00pm to 6:30pm. LOCATION: Coming Soon.
• Race Day: Saturday July 19, 2025 at John Prince Park, 2700 6th Ave S, Lake Worth, FL 33461.

  • 6:30am - Registration and packet pickup open
  • 7:10am - Pre-Race 5K Warmup
  • 7:25am - Announcements and National Anthem
  • 7:30am - Start of the South Florida Popsicle 5K
