🏃‍♂️ Eligibility and Participation

• Masters Eligibility: Masters runners MUST run in the Masters races to be eligible for scoring for Masters teams (both for the USATF Masters 5k XC National Championship, and for the Pacific Association XC Grand Prix) and for Individual Masters awards.
• Dual Participation: Masters runners can run in BOTH the Masters race and the Open race!
• Scoring: Your result from the Masters race will count towards team scoring, PA Grand Prix, and National Championship.
• Open Race: The result from the Open race would count to complete an Open team for the PA Grand Prix, and for fun!

🏞️ Race Description

A 5k cross country race consisting of two loops (1 big loop, followed by 1 little loop) in beautiful Golden Gate Park. This historic and iconic race is a staple event on the Pacific Association of USATF annual Cross Country Grand Prix, and also serves as a venue preview race for the Pacific Association XC Championship race. Race against some of the best athletes on the west coast, traversing over grass, dirt, and rolling hills.

This year, we are honored to host the USATF Masters 5k XC National Championship! Masters athletes from all over the US will compete for bragging rights, glory, and memories that will last a lifetime.

🎽 Bib Transfers

• Open Races: Bib transfers available race morning with a fee of $10.
• Masters Races: Absolutely no bib transfers for the Masters races.
