CrossKnox 15K & 4-Miler

Date, Time, & Place

• Date: Saturday, December 13th
• Time: 8:00am for the 15K, 8:30am for the 4-Miler
• Location: 5717 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, TN
• Finish: Both races will finish at Bearden Elementary School

Course Description and Highlights

• Route: Highlights the City of Knoxville and its fantastic greenway system
• Greenways: Entirely on greenways
• Starting Point: Morningside Park for the 15K
• Ending Point: Bearden Elementary for both races

Registration & Entry Fees

• Early Registration: May 25 - June 30 for $35 (15K), $25 (4-mile)
• Regular Registration: June 1 - Oct 30 for $40 (15K), $30 (4-mile)
• Late Registration: Nov 1 - Dec 12 for $45 (15K), $35 (4-mile)
• Race Day Registration: from 6:00 - 7:30 a.m. at Bearden Elementary, fee $50 (15K), $40 (4-mile)

Packet Pickup

• Early Packet Pickup: tbd
• Race-Day Packet Pickup: Begins at 6am at Bearden Elementary
• T-shirts: Unisex sizing available while supplies last
• Order Deadline: Inventory will be cut off after December 1

Awards

• Categories: Top 3 Overall male/female/open, top Masters, Grandmasters, Senior Grandmasters
• Age Groups: Awards for top 3 in each age group (5 year increments)
• Special Awards: Clydesdale (men over 200 lbs.) and Athena (Women over 150 lbs.)
• Eligibility: Overall winners not eligible for age division awards

Refreshments

• Available At: Bearden Elementary School
• Water Stops: Tyson Park and the Corner of Sutherland/greenway at UT Rec Field
• Participants: Refreshments provided for all participants
• Availability: Make sure to hydrate during the race!

• Race Etiquette: No roller blades, bicycles, or dogs allowed on the course
• Course Closure: 15K course closes in 2 hours and 30 minutes
