CrossKnox 15K & 4-Miler

📅 Date, Time, & Place

• Date: Saturday, December 13th
• Time: 8:00 am for 15K, 8:30 am for 4-Miler
• Location: Starts at Morningside Park (15K) and Tyson Park (4-Miler), both finishing at Bearden Elementary School.
• Post-Race Activities: All registration and activities take place at Bearden Elementary School.

🏞️ Course Description and Highlights

• Course: The event highlights the City of Knoxville and its greenway system.
• Route: Morningside Park → Neyland Greenway → Third Creek Greenway → Tyson Park → Third Creek Greenway → Bearden Greenway.

📝 Registration & Entry Fees

• Early Registration: May 25 - June 30 for $35 (15K), $25 (4-Miler).
• Regular Registration: June 1 - Oct 30 for $40 (15K), $30 (4-Miler).
• Late Registration: Nov 1 - Dec 12 for $45 (15K), $35 (4-Miler).
• Race Day Registration: $50 (15K), $40 (4-Miler). 6:00 - 7:30 a.m. at Bearden Elementary.

📦 Packet Pickup

• Early Packet Pickup: tbd
• Race-Day Packet Pickup: Begins at 6am from Bearden Elementary.

T-Shirt Policy 👕

• Sizing: Unisex sizing available.
• Registration Deadline: Anyone registering after December 1 will receive shirts while supplies last.
• Inventory: Orders placed on December 1—no re-orders after inventory runs out.

🏆 Awards

• Categories: Awards for top 3 Overall male/female/open, top Masters, Grandmasters, and Senior Grandmasters.
• Age Groups: Top 3 in each age group and top 3 Clydesdale (men over 200 lbs.) and top 3 Athena (Women over 150 lbs.)
• Eligibility: Overall winners not eligible for age division awards. Must pick up during the award ceremony: no mailing.
• Cash Prize: No cash prize for this event.

🔗 Race Etiquette

• Course Restrictions: Roller blades, bicycles, and dogs are not allowed on the course.
• Time Limit: The 15K course closes in 2 hours and 30 minutes.
