Enjoy the 5K or 10 Miler at the 2026 Escape from Folsom Trail Runs. Each course has wonderful aid stations along Folsom Lake on scenic trails covered in wildflowers.

📅 Event Details and Schedule

The Escape from Folsom Trail Runs

Location: Granite Beach, Folsom Lake SRA

The Escape from Folsom 5K and 10 Miler course are on scenic trails along the shoreline of Folsom Lake.

Merchandise: Escape from Folsom soft-cotton race shirts are available for sale prior to the race for $20.

• Awards: First place Overall Male and Female in The Escape from Folsom 5K & 10 Miler will receive Overall Champion Awards.
• Age Group Awards: There will be awards three deep in each ten-year age group for both the 10 Miler and the 5K.

📦 Packet Pick Up Information

Race packets will be available race morning from 7 am to 8 am at the race site.

Note: Race fees increase on race day.

🕖 Race Day Schedule

• 7:00: Registration/Packet Pick up opens
• 7:00: Race announcements begin
• 8:00: Start of Escape from Folsom 10 Miler
• 8:10: Start of Escape from Folsom 5K

🔄 Refund and Transfer Information

TBF Racing has a No Refund policy on all of our events. A Refund requested prior to race week will be given a TBF Race credit for the amount of the entry fee minus a $25 processing fee. Credits are not given during race week. Transfers are allowed from one TBF Racing event to another within a one-year time frame. There is a $25 transfer fee. Transfers are not allowed during race week. ALL TBF Racing events are held Rain or Shine.

🎉 Race for FREE Information

Our Race for FREE Athlete Volunteer Program offers a chance to get involved with multi-sport events, have fun, and earn a $50 TBF Racing Volunteer voucher good towards entry fees at any of our events this year. Each volunteer shift is 4 hours. We ask volunteers to reserve a volunteer position at any of our events by emailing: Volunteers@totalbodyfitness.com as our volunteer positions will fill up quickly.
