Gumby Finisher Medals are back at the Gumby 5K & 10K in 2026!

The races will feature a beautiful trail course along the shores of Folsom Lake with plenty of aid stations and cheering volunteers on a well marked course.

Event Details and Schedule

The Gumby 5K & 10K Trail Runs will take place at:

• Date: 2026-01-24
• Location: 8000 Douglas Blvd., Granite Bay, CA
• Event Venue: Granite Beach, Folsom Lake SRA
• Course: A combination of beautiful single track trails on the shoreline of Folsom Lake, along with some smooth groomed trails and a bit of pavement.

Included for each athlete is a custom Gumby & Pokey Finisher Medal!

The overall male and female in the Gumby 5K & 10K will receive Champion awards, and we will have awards three deep in each division for both races. Gumby soft-cotton race shirts are available for sale prior to the race for $20.

Packet Pick-Up

Packet pick-up will be available at the race site on race morning from 7 a.m to 8 a.m.

Race Day Schedule

• 7:00: Registration/Packet Pick up opens
• 7:00: Race announcements begin
• 8:00: Start of Gumby 10K
• 8:10: Start of the Gumby 5K

Refund and Transfer Information

TBF Racing has a No Refund policy on all of our events. A Refund requested prior to race week will be given a TBF Race credit for the amount of the entry fee minus a $25 processing fee. Credits are not given during race week. Transfers are allowed from one TBF Racing event to another within a one-year time frame. There is a $25 transfer fee. Transfers are not allowed during race week. ALL TBF Racing events are held Rain or Shine.

Race for FREE Information

Our Race for FREE Athlete Volunteer Program offers a chance to get involved with multi-sport events, have fun, and earn a $50 TBF Racing Volunteer voucher good towards entry fees at any of our events this year. Each volunteer shift is 4 hours. We ask volunteers to reserve a volunteer position at any of our events by emailing Volunteers@totalbodyfitness.com as our volunteer positions will fill up quickly.
