🏃‍♂️ Overview

Fall 2025 Full & Half Marathon Training in Apex is brought to you by Triangle Run Smart Training, presented by Pace Yourself Run Company and The Running PTs.

📅 Program Details

• Duration: 16 weeks
• Goals: Help adults train for a full or half marathon, whether it's their first or they are looking to improve their time.
• Inclusivity: All levels and paces are welcome!
• Coaching: Includes 2 coached group runs per week, cross-training & strength training workouts, and coach-supported long runs on Saturdays.

💰 Cost Structure

• Early Bird: $85 if registered by 7/27/25
• Standard Fee: $90 from 7/28 - 8/24
• Registration Deadline: 8/24
• Refund Policy: No refund and no deferral if you drop the class after registering.

If you have financial difficulty in affording a training class, please contact us. We have a donation program that can help out.

🗓️ Schedule

Program Dates: August 3, 2025 - November 22, 2025.

Group training will meet on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:15PM-7:15PM, and there are group long runs with all fall adult classes on Saturdays at 7:00AM-9:00AM.

The class will rotate locations among:

• Hunter Street Park (1250 Ambergate Station, Apex, NC 27502)
• Apex Nature Park (2600 Evans Road, Apex 27502)
• Mills Park Middle School track (441 Mills Park Drive, Cary 27519)
• Koka Booth/Symphony Lake Greenway (8001 Regency Parkway, Cary 27518)

Saturday run locations vary weekly and rotate throughout the Triangle area.
