Fall 2025 Full & Half Marathon Training in Cary is brought to you by Triangle Run Smart Training, presented by Pace Yourself Run Company and The Running PTs.

📅 Training Details

• Duration: 16 weeks
• Goal: Train for a full or half marathon, suitable for all levels and paces
• Structure: Detailed daily plan, 2 coached group runs per week
• Support: Coach supported Saturday group long runs

💰 Cost Information

• Early Registration: $85 if you register by 7/27/25
• Regular Registration: $90 from 7/28 - 8/24
• Registration Deadline: 8/24
• Policy: No refund and no deferral after registering

If you have financial difficulty in affording a training class, please contact us. We have a donation program that can help out.

• Group Training: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30AM-6:30AM
• Saturday Runs: 7:00AM-9:00AM, locations vary
• Meeting Location: Davis Drive Park (1610 Davis Drive, Cary 27519)
