Fall 2025 Full & Half Marathon Training in Cary is brought to you by Triangle Run Smart Training, presented by Pace Yourself Run Company and The Running PTs.

📅 Program Duration

• Length: 16 weeks
• Focus: Training for a full or half marathon
• Inclusivity: All levels and paces are welcome!
• Start Date: August 3, 2025

🏋️‍♂️ Training Features

• Daily Plan: Detailed training schedule over 16 weeks
• Group Sessions: 2 coached group runs per week
• Cross-Training: Suggested workouts included
• Long Runs: Coach supported Saturday group long runs

💰 Registration Details

• Early Bird Pricing: $85 if registered by 7/27/25
• Regular Pricing: $90 from 7/28 - 8/24
• Registration Deadline: 8/24
• Refund Policy: No refund or deferral after registration

🗓️ Program Schedule

Program Dates: August 3, 2025 - November 22, 2025. Group training will meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30 AM - 6:30 AM. Group long runs with all fall adult classes on Saturdays at 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM. The class will meet on Tuesdays & Thursdays at Davis Drive Park (1610 Davis Drive, Cary 27519). Saturday run locations vary weekly and rotate throughout the Triangle area.
