🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

Fall 2025 Kids 5K training in Cary is brought to you by Triangle Run Smart Training, presented by Pace Yourself Run Company and The Running PTs.

📅 Class Details

• Duration: 8 weeks long, meeting once per week.
• Age Group: Geared toward kids aged 8-14 years old.
• Fitness Goal: To have fun, get healthy, and build endurance to run a 5K.
• Registration Limit: Class will be capped at 40 registrants.

💰 Cost Information

• Total Cost: The cost of the class is $70.
• Refund Policy: No refund and no deferral if you drop out of the class after registering. Please do not register if you're unsure of your child's schedule and have a potential conflict with another activity.
• Included Benefits: Includes a coached workout, training plan, discounts, educational information, a training shirt, and a medal at the end of the season.
• Financial Assistance: If you have financial difficulty, please contact us for our donation program that can help out.

Coaches: Patti Tiernan & Tara Wind will co-coach this class.

📅 Program Schedule

• Dates: August 26, 2025 - October 14, 2025.
• Class Times: 1 class per week: Tuesdays 6-7pm in August & September, 5:30-6:30pm in October.
• Meeting Location: New Hope Church Trailhead Park, 2575 New Hope Church Road, Cary, NC 27519.
