🏃‍♂️ Fall 2025 Kids 5K Training Overview

Fall 2025 Kids 5K training in Cary is brought to you by Triangle Run Smart Training, presented by Pace Yourself Run Company and The Running PTs.

📅 Class Details

• Duration: 8 weeks long, meeting once per week.
• Age Group: Geared toward kids aged 8-14 years old.
• Goal: Have fun, get healthy, and work up to running a 5K at the end of the season.
• Capacity: Class will be capped at 40 registrants.

💰 Costs & Refund Policy

• Class Fee: Cost of the class is $70.
• Refund Policy: No refund and no deferral if you drop out of the class after registering.
• Recommendation: Please do not register if you are unsure of your child's schedule and have a potential conflict with another activity.

🎁 What's Included

• Workouts: 8 weeks of 1 coached workout per week.
• Training Plan: A season training plan with suggested workouts on non-class days.
• Discount: 20% off discount at Pace Yourself Run Company (some restrictions apply).
• Educational Resources: Information coordinated by The Running PTs, a training shirt, and an end of season medal after running the 5K.

📆 Program Dates & Schedule

• Dates: August 26, 2025 - October 14, 2025.
• Schedule: 1 class per week: Tuesdays 6-7pm in August & September, 5:30-6:30pm in October.
• Location: The class will meet at New Hope Church Trailhead Park in Cary (2575 New Hope Church Road, Cary, NC 27519).
