Join us for the Zombie Run 5k, a run or walk to benefit the Jake Koenigsdorf Foundation (the JKF) - “Reducing the barriers to recovery.”

📅 Event Details

• Date: 2025-08-11
• Location: 25 Drexel Dr., Bay Shore, NY
• Time: 7pm for the 5k in-person race, kids race is just before the starting time.
• Virtual Option: Join us from anywhere in the world!

🎯 Mission of JKF

The Mission of JKF is to bridge the gap for those affected and affected by Substance Use Disorder (Addiction) who are ready and willing to seek a solution. We are closing the gaps in the recovery road through education, connection, while providing resources to those without access to resources.

• Support: Funds donated to JKF are used to support entry funding and transportation to recovery facilities that use a peer community model.
• Community: Join a community dedicated to reducing barriers to recovery.

🌍 Get Involved

Be a part of something impactful. People in active drug and alcohol addiction will do damage to their families, end up in an institution, in jail, die, or they work to build recovery. We create opportunities for people to take their lives back.
