🏃‍♂️ Training Program Registration

• Duration: 17 Week Run Training Program for the plan of your choice delivered via Training Peaks
• Schedule: Coach led track session on Mondays
• Strength Training: Trainer led strength session on Tuesdays
• Special Sessions: Coach led tempo/hill session on Wednesdays

📍 Location and Timing

• Track Session: Monday am at 5/6 AM at the Beckendorff Jr High Track
• Strength Training: Tuesday at Good Times Running Co. at 5:15 AM.
• Tempo/Hill Session: Wednesday am at 5/6 AM at the Villagio shopping Center
• Long Run: Saturday at 7 a.m. out of Good Times Running Co., Villagio Shopping Center, 22764 Westheimer Parkway.

💧 What to Bring

• Hydration: Water
• Comfort: A towel or yoga mat for cool down stretching
• Visibility: A headlamp or wearable light as we will be starting in the dark
• Mindset: A good attitude and readiness to work hard!

⏳ Workout Duration

• Weekday Sessions: Plan for an hour
• Running: About 45 minutes of running
• Additional Work: The rest will be spent doing warm up/cool down, run form drills, mobility work, and agility drills
