Virtual Outrun Lupus Run/Walk

🏃‍♀️Help Us Outrun Lupus!

Celebrating over 30 years of community, connection, and hope this year, we’re going virtual to launch the California Lupus Foundation. Now, lupus patients and supporters from every corner of California can help us OUTRUN LUPUS—anytime, anywhere during the month of September!

• Choose Your Distance: You can choose to walk or run a 5K, 10K, Half Marathon or a full Marathon and do it over the month of September!
• Support a Cause: Proceeds from this event go towards funding our mission of Improving Lives Impacted by Lupus and allow us to continue to offer FREE Support and Education programs to lupus patients and those who love them.
• Invite Others: Be sure to invite your friends, family, and co-workers and help us OUTRUN LUPUS!
• Create a Team: Create a Team and walk or run together to raise $$ for the California Lupus Foundation!

📝How to Complete Your Virtual Run/Walk

To participate in the race:

• Register: Register for the race and print your bib.
• Complete Your Distance: Complete a 5K, 10K or Half Marathon run/walk at your convenience, any time, anywhere between September 01-30th, 2025.
• Submit Your Time: Submit your time (optional) to see how you placed overall and receive your finisher certificate.
• Share Photos: Feel free to take photos and tag the California Lupus Foundation Facebook or Instagram account and share and celebrate with other participants.

As a virtual event, you can participate anywhere and log your walk/runs throughout the month of September.
