📍 Where is the race?

• Location: Race begins at the corner of Lowe Avenue and Adams Street in downtown Huntsville (near Huntsville Junior High School).

🕒 What are the race times?

• 5K Start: The 22nd annual 5K starts at 8:30 a.m.
• Awards: Runner Awards will start at 10 a.m.

🎀 When is the Survivor's Walk?

• Event: The Survivors' Walk is a FREE event for all breast cancer survivors.
• Start Time: It begins at 8 a.m. on race day, at the corner of Franklin Street and Lowe Avenue.
• Cheering: Survivors will be cheered on as they walk to the finish line on Adams.
• Accessibility: Wheel chairs and scooters are permitted.

👕 When and where do I pick up my T-shirt and race day information?

• Team Captain Packet Pick-Up: For teams of 7 runners or more. Team Captains can pick up packets for their entire team on Monday, Oct. 13, and Tuesday, Oct. 14 at Huntsville Hospital Foundation.
• Location: Huntsville Hospital Foundation is located at 699 Gallatin Street SW Building A.
• Individual Packet Pick-Up:

🚫 Are strollers/baby joggers allowed on the course?

• Safety Notice: For the safety of your child and the other participants, we strongly discourage the use of strollers and/or baby joggers.
• Placement: All participants who risk the use of strollers/baby joggers will be directed to the back of the race lineup for the safety of that child and other participants.
• Prohibited: Dogs, skateboards and bikes are NOT permitted on race day.

💵 How much does it cost to start a team?

• Fees: There are no additional fees to start a team for Ribbon Run.
• Team Registration: All team participants need to find your team name then register with that team.
• Minimum Members: You must have 7 members on your team to qualify for team packet pickup.

❓ What do I do if I registered but didn't select the team I wanted to participate on?

• Contact: Please contact Kemi Anderson with Huntsville Hospital Foundation at kemi.anderson@:hhsys.org.
• Information to Provide: Send your first and last name along with the team you would like to join.

👥 Do you have to have a minimum amount of people in order to have a team?

• Minimum Participants: Yes, we ask that your team is made of 7 or more registered participants.
• Logistics: This is due to team packet packing logistics.
• Team T-shirts: If your team does not have 7 or more team members, you can still wear your team T-shirts.

🔄 Can I switch my registration from one runner to another?

• Policy: No, we have a no-transfer policy.
• Importance: It’s imperative that the registration data associated with your bib number belongs to you, the registered participant.

💳 Are refunds available?

• Policy: No, we have a no refund and no transfer policy for the Liz Hurley Ribbon Run.

👶 What are the age restrictions?

• Minimum Age: There is no minimum age required to participate.
• Accompaniment: Participants under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Registration: Both participants must be registered to participate in the Liz Hurley Ribbon Run.
• Parental Consent: If a participant is under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must sign the registration form.
