COURSE UPDATE: The race start and finish of all races will be back at the original location at the Southwest corner of the Spirit of America Field.

For over three decades, the River City Run has been one of North Alabama’s most anticipated Spring RRCA runs.

🏅 Prizes and Awards

• Prize Money: $800 in total for 10k male/female: 1st $125, 2nd $100, 3rd $75, Master $50, Grand Master $50.
• Finishers Medals: Available for 10k and 5k participants, along with Fun Run awards for the kids.
• Awards Categories: 5k Awards: 1st Overall M/F, Master M/F, Grand Master M/F, with age group awards from 0-14 to 70+
• 10k Awards: Prize money categories as above, with age group awards similar to the 5k.

• Location: 2901 Point Mallard Dr SE, Decatur, AL
• Register By: March 9, 2025 to guarantee your t-shirt!
• Packet Pickup: March 27, 2026 at two locations: Fleet Feet Madison (11am-2pm) and Cross Eyed Owl Brew Pub (5pm-7pm).

• 6:30am - 8:30am: Packet pickup and registration depending on race.
• 7:30am: 5k start
• 8:30am: 10k start
• 8:45am: 5k Awards
• 8:50am: Fun Run start
• 9:45am: 10k Awards
