Join us for a fun and inspiring ruck march hosted by Memories of Honor and Operation Stand Down Tennessee, with support from the Bob Woodruff Foundation.

🌟 What Makes Music City Ruck March So Special?

• Charity event: Veteran and Surviving family charity event.
• Spectator-friendly: It's where tailgating meets -- fitness!
• Dog-friendly: Bring your furry friend along!
• Honoring service: Celebrates all who serve while honoring the memories of those we've lost.
• Fallen service members: All participants carry the name of a fallen service member.
• Memorial course: The course is lined with the names and faces of our fallen.

👕 Each Ruck Participant Receives

• Fallen Hero Memorial Bib: containing the name of a fallen service member.
• Commemorative event t-shirt: unique to the event.

⏱️ What to Expect

• Course details: The course is a short loop, structured as a time trial criterium. The loop will be around a mile to two miles long. The exact course and length are coming soon.
• Laps: You will do as many laps as possible within the two-hour time limit. You may stop at any time you like.
• Weight options: You can do the course with or without weight.
• Staging area: There will be a staging area to check in after each lap and tag off to your teammate, as well as grab food and drinks while waiting.

🏅 Event Divisions

• SOLO: Everyone is welcome, regardless of age, gender, or fitness level.
• Competitive 2-person Relay Team: A challenge for teams of two!
• Competitive 4+ person Relay Team: Join larger teams for more fun!
• Honorary: No weight, lap card, or awards. All fun!

⚠️ Things to Know

• Weather policy: Ruck will happen rain or shine, except if it’s lightning.
• Pre-registration: Strongly encouraged.
• ID required: Registration with a valid ID is required to enter.
• About the venue: GEODIS Park - All bags will be searched and tagged before entering.
• Animal policy: No animals allowed on the premises or inside the stadium. ADA service animals are welcome.
• Safety policy: No weapons are allowed on the premises.
