The Frick & Frack Story
- Inception: The 1st Annual Frick & Frack 5K was held in 2017
- Beneficiaries: Two sisters in our community named Pattie and Jackie, affectionately known as Frick & Frack
- Personal Battles: Both were diagnosed with breast cancer in the same year
- Support Crux: Their story grew as Pattie’s daughter Lyndsey was also diagnosed
Supporting Local Warriors
- Foundation: All proceeds benefit the Free Range Sisters Foundation
- Mission: Assists local female warriors with medical connections, transportation, and comfort baskets
- Community Care: Provides moral support, household care, and financial assistance
- Continuing Fight: Until there is a cure for these cancers, help is always needed
