🏃♂️ B-INSPIRED 5K — Run. Walk. B-INSPIRED.
A family/kid-friendly event featuring CHEESE at the finish line, Breakfast Burritos from Weather or Naut Catering, and a Coffee Truck ($)! ☕🧋
I’m so excited to bring back the 2nd Annual B-INSPIRED 5K to our community — a fun, feel-good event all about movement, mindset, and showing up for yourself.
👨👩👧 Event Overview
- Inclusivity: This race is for anyone and everyone.
- Activities: Whether you’re running, walking, chasing a PR, or just showing up to be part of something positive — this event is for you.
- Schedule: Kids Fun Run for children 10 and under at 8:30AM, followed by the 5K Race at 9:00AM!
- Registration: NO SHIRTS GUARANTEED FOR THOSE WHO REGISTER AFTER 9/19/26!
👶 Kids Dash Details
- Eligibility: For kids 4–10 years old.
- Free Entry: Children under 10 may walk the 5K for free.
- Registration Fee: Children ages 4–10 who register for the Kids Dash must pay the registration fee.
- Prizes: Kids in the Kids Dash will not receive participant prizes or giveaways after the race.
- 1st Place: Men & Women (5K)
- 1st Overall Kid: under 18
- Heartfelt Passion: I pour my heart into Letter Eats by B and my health.
- Community Focus: This 5K creates space for YOU to do the same.

The B-Inspired Scholarship will be awarded to a Boone High School senior who demonstrates drive, creativity, and passion for their future — whether that’s entrepreneurship or a career in fitness, sports, or wellness.
