👟 2024 Women Run Walk Memphis Program

This program is open to women of all fitness levels, from walkers to advanced runners, providing opportunities to start walking/running or improve performance.

• Registration Fees: $35 for January 2024, $40 from February 1 to July 1, 2024, $45 from July 2 to July 22. Registration closes midnight July 22, 2024.
• Registration includes: WRWM EXPO, Monday night training sessions, WRWM technical t-shirt or tank, and participation in the Graduation 5K.
• Graduation 5K: Saturday, September 7, 2024, at 8AM.
• EXPO: Monday, July 1, 2024, from 5-7pm at Shelby Farms.

👟 2024 Women Run Walk Memphis Training

The training program by Memphis Runners Track Club supports women in running with groups for walkers, beginning, intermediate, and advanced runners, culminating in the Graduation 5K on Saturday, September 7, 2024.

• Registration: Closes midnight, July 22, 2024, or when the program maximum (1,200) is reached.
• Training Info: Once-weekly Monday night sessions, technical shirt/tank, and Graduation 5K for participants only.
• Age Requirement: Females age 10 and above are welcome.
• Expo Details: Kick-off on July 1, 2014, includes registration, meeting coaches, info on gear, vendors, and sponsors.

• Choosing the proper training program for current abilities
• Following the training program correctly
• Proper form, nutrition, and hydration
• Importance of proper shoes and technical clothing
• Warm-up, cool-down, and stretching techniques

👟 Graduation 5K Information

The 'Graduation' 5K will take place on Saturday, September 7th at 8AM at Hope Church, 8500 Walnut Grove Rd, Cordova, TN 38018, exclusively for registered training program participants.
