This ain't your average foot race: it’s a full-blown adventure through the stunning parks and greenbelts of Louisiana. Whether you're a seasoned rodeo pro or just looking to kick up some dust, we’ve got a race distance that’ll fit your fancy. Choose from a speedy 1 mile, a thrilling 5K, a challenging quarter marathon, or a mighty half marathon.

🏅 Finisher Awards

Unique Medals: All finishers will receive a super cool Belt Buckle medal that doubles as a genuine belt buckle.
Event Merchandise: You’ll also score a custom Rodeo Stampede shirt that’s as comfy as a pair of old cowboy boots.

🎉 Cowboy Costume Contest

Get ready to strut your stuff at our Cowboy Costume Contest! Dress up as your finest cowboy or cowgirl, and you might just lasso in the awesome costume award and a Bigfoot prize pack. Don’t miss this chance to show off your western flair!

🎶 Entertainment

Live DJ: DJ Sasquatch will be spinning the hottest hits to keep the crowd boot scootin' and the energy high.
Awards Ceremony: Trophies will be handed out to the fastest overall male and female in each event, and we’ll have age group awards to honor all our stellar runners.

👦🏼 Kids Dash

Got little cowpokes aged 10 and under? They won’t want to miss our Kids Dash! They’ll get to experience the thrill of crossing the finish line with the Bigfoot Crew cheering them on, and our crowd will roar with excitement for these tiny runners.

🐾 Bigfoot Appearance

And let’s not forget Bigfoot himself—he’ll be on hand for high fives and photo ops, making sure you leave with a smile as big as a Texas sunset.

7:30-8:45am: Packet Pickup
8:50am: Costume Contest
8:55am: Kids Dash (meet at the Start Line)
9:00am: National Anthem and Race Start

👕 Participant Gear

All finishers of all distances will receive a medal and shirt. Youth-based pricing for the 5K & 10K - 12 & Under are only $15!

🌟 Volunteer Opportunities

Join us as a volunteer! Opportunities include serving at water stations, assisting with finish line tasks, and more. Volunteers earn a Bigfoot race shirt, VIP race access, and the option of a free race entry.
