St. Louis's classic winter running series, the St. Louis Track Club Frostbite Series, returns for 2025-2026 in Forest Park.

• Date: Saturday, December 13, 2025
• Location: 5595 Grand Dr, Saint Louis, MO
• Distances:
• 3K/12K on Sat., Dec. 13
• 2M/10M on Sat., Dec. 27
• 5K/20K on Sat., Jan. 10
• 4M/13.1M on Sat., Jan. 24
• 3M/15K on Sat., Feb. 7

Registration and Pre-Race Details

• Location: Races start at the Forest Park Visitors Center.
• Pre-registration: Strongly encouraged as limited race day registrations will be available.
• Single Race Registrations: Available for those who cannot compete in the entire series.
• Start Times: Long race starts at 8:00 a.m. and short races start at 8:15 a.m.

Packet Pick Up

• Date: Friday, December 12 from noon to 6 p.m.
• Location: Inside the Forest Park Visitor Center.
• Race Day Pick Up: Outside the Visitor Center starting at 7 a.m.

Race Day Details

• Starting Lines: Near the Visitors Center in Forest Park.
• Portable Restrooms: Available in the parking lot across from the Visitors Center.
• Water Stations: Will be set up on the course: participants will pick up their own drinks.
• Post-race Refreshments: Water, sports drinks, and pre-packaged products available.

Health Safety Protocols

• Health and Safety: Participants must follow health and safety mandates in place for the City of St. Louis.
• Vigilance: Roads in Forest Park are open: all runners should remain cautious.

Shirts and Awards

• Series Participants: Will receive a race shirt and series commemorative event medal.
• Awards: Given for each series (per gender) in various age groups.
• Points System: Based on performance across up to four races.
• Individual Race Awards: Top five runners in each age group by gender receive a ribbon.

Cancellations and Weather Policy

Races will be held rain, snow, or shine and will not be cancelled except for severe weather or unsafe conditions. No refunds or credits will be given in case of cancellation due to weather.

Charity Shoe Drive

We will be collecting used running and athletic shoes (cleats included). Drop them off near race registration. Money raised will go to our Scholarship fund.
