Glen Carbon Covered Bridge 5K

🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

Join us for the Annual Glen Carbon Covered Bridge 5K held on June 14th, 2025 at 8:00 am.

🏞️ Course Details

• Route: Runners will run down the MCT Ronald J Foster Heritage Trail for a flat, fast, out-and-back route.
• Events: The event features a 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk (non-timed).
• Medals: Finishers medals for all kids in 1 Mile Fun Run!
• Goshen Triple Crown Series: 3 local races, all the swag, and an additional Goshen Triple Crown Series finishers medal.

🎉 Homecoming Activities

Plan to return to the Glen Carbon Homecoming in the evening, to ride rides, eat, play games, and browse the vendor tents!

🕒 Event Schedule

• Early Packet Pickup: June 13th - Packet pickup at Glen Carbon Village Hall from 3 PM-6 PM.
• Race Day Registration: June 14th from 6:30 am-8:00 am - Race day registration and Bib & Shirt pickup.
• Race Start Times: 8:00 am - 5K run starts: 9:00 am - 1 Mile run starts.
• Awards Ceremony: 9:30 am - Awards ceremony on stage in front of the Covered Bridge.

🏆 Awards Information

Awards: Top 3 Male/Female Overall and Top 3 Male/Female in each age category - 9 & Under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+.
