🎉 Post-Race Celebration

• Celebrate: Following the run be sure to hang around for an awesome Community Christmas Celebration that’s sure to get you in the holiday spirit!
• Activities: We will make merry with door prizes, music, food, kid’s activities and all things Christmas.
• Food: Come enjoy some homemade chili and chocolate desserts.
• Fun for All: It’s guaranteed to be a fun event for all ages as we ring in the Christmas season!

🏃 Race Details

• Location: The race will be held at Kingdom of Hope, 7570 15th Street Road, Concord, Alabama 35023.
• Start Time: The 5k run starts at 8:00 AM (CST) with a cut-off time of 9:30 AM.
• Kid's Dash: The Kid’s Dash (ages 4-11) begins immediately following the 5k.
• Prizes: All dashing kids (ages 4-11) will receive finisher medals.

🎁 Registration Information

• Swag Bag: Registration includes a swag bag and on-course refreshments.
• Cost: Entry fee for 5k is $25.00 per runner starting 9/13 – 10/5, $30.00 per runner starting 10/6 – 11/21, $35.00 per runner starting 11/22 – 12/12.
• Kids Dash: Kids Dash entry fee is $10.00 through December 12, 2024.
• Day of Race Fees: Entry Fee 5k $40.00, Entry Fee Kids dash $15.00 (CASH ONLY).

🚸 Course and Event Details

• Course: The course is a flat and fast out and back loop on a small, picturesque community road.
• Law Enforcement: The course will be closed and monitored by law enforcement.
• Pet Policy: Pets are welcome but must be on a leash.
• Stroller Policy: Strollers are allowed at the 5k event, but not in the kids dash event.

🏆 Awards

Awards will be presented immediately following the Kids Dash.

• Categories: Prizes will be awarded for overall top male and female finishers.
• Medals: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finisher medals will be awarded in male and female categories for various age groups.

• Packet Pick-Up: 5 PM – 7 PM (CST)
• Early Pick-Up: Early packet pick-up is encouraged.

• Packet Pick up: 7 AM – 7:45 AM (CST)
