A FREE 10-week beginner 5K program designed to get you across the finish line of the inaugural FF Hickory Santa Run 5k on December 13th, 2025. You have the opportunity to participate in 3 coached runs per week. You will learn about proper running gear, nutrition, and injury prevention.
