• Excitement: We’re beyond excited to share that this week has been record-breaking — registrations are already up 20% over last year!
• Shirt Availability: Our long-sleeve 5K quantities shirts are running low. If you signed up after Monday, Oct. 27, you’ll still get a t-shirt, but it may be one from our Long Branch merch collection.
• Inventory Alert: We are running low on mediums and smalls across our inventory. Thank you for your understanding!

👟 Event Overview

• Community Event: The Long Branch 5K Fun Run is a family-oriented community event.
• Proceeds: Funds go to Discover Long Branch and the Long Branch Business League and support the annual Long Branch Festival.
• Date: The Long Branch 5K will be held on November 2nd, 2025 in Long Branch, MD.

🗓️ Race Day Information

• Date & Time: November 2, 2025 at 8:00 AM - Long Branch Garland Park - 8601 Garland Ave, Silver Spring, MD 20901.
• Parking: Participants are asked to walk to the race start if possible. If you need to drive, please park at the Long Branch Community Center — 8700 Piney Branch Rd, Silver Spring, MD 20901.
• Packet Pickup: Participants are encouraged to pick up their packets early to avoid race morning lines.

🎊 Packet Pickup Options

• Packet Pick-Up Party: We’re kicking off race weekend with a Packet Pick-Up Party at El Gavilan on Thursday, October 30, from 5:00–8:00 PM.
• Location: El Gavilan - 8805 Flower Ave, Silver Spring, MD 20901.
• Enjoyment: Meet fellow participants, enjoy Happy Hour and Dinner Specials while you’re there!

🏁 Onsite Check-In

• Opening Time: Onsite registration and check-in will open at 7:00 AM on November 2nd at Long Branch Garland Park.
• Arrival: Please plan to arrive early to ensure a smooth start before the 8:00 AM Kick-Off.

• Celebrate: Don't miss out on the post-race celebration and BRUNCH at El Golfo Restaurant starting at 9:00 AM.
