🌳 Course Route

The Sheetz-to-Sheetz Trail Run benefits local kids and other worthy causes. We start at one Sheetz, wind through farmland and forest, and finish at another Sheetz. Most of the route follows the Dahlgren Railroad Heritage Trail (DRHT), a flat, scenic rails-to-trails gem.

• Shuttle Service: Shuttle buses haul runners from the finish area and event parking in Dahlgren to the start line.
• One Direction: You only have to run one direction — forward.

🎉 Awards and Prizes

While we hand out cool awards for our top overall and Masters (50+) finishers, the real prize is the experience.

• Quirky Aid Stations: Stocked with pie, s’mores, Peeps, soft pretzels, and other culinary curveballs.
• Finisher Swag: Insulated Sheetz travel mug, free soda or coffee, a sweat towel, reusable race cup, doughnuts and other snacks, and a drawstring bag.
• Unique Medals: No drawer medal: the travel mug serves as your finisher medal!
