Race Information

• Event Name: Sheetz-to-Sheetz Trail Run
• Distance: 14-mile, untimed point-to-point adventure
• Benefit: Supports local kids and other worthy causes
• Start Location: Start Line Sheetz, King George, VA

Course Details

• Route: Winds through farmland and forest finishing at another Sheetz
• Trail: Most of the route follows the Dahlgren Railroad Heritage Trail (DRHT)
• Terrain: Flat, scenic rails-to-trails gem
• Shuttle Service: Buses transport runners from the finish area in Dahlgren to the start line

Awards and Prizes

• Awards: Cool awards for top overall and Masters (50+) finishers
• Aid Stations: Quirky stations stocked with pie, s’mores, Peeps, and soft pretzels
• Experience: Culinary curveballs not found at Boston or Berlin
• Finisher Gear: Insulated Sheetz travel mug, free soda or coffee, sweat towel, reusable race cup, doughnuts, and a drawstring bag

• Medal: No drawer medal: travel mug serves as finisher medal
• Dogs: Not permitted to run as part of this event, except for trained service animals
