• Details: Join us at the NEW Nicola Pizza for the 3rd Nicola Pizza Run/Walk, a 5k run/walk.
• Organized by: Rehoboth Beach Running Co. and produced by Seashore Strider Event Production, Inc.
• Beneficiary: WARRIOR WEEKEND PROGRAM
• After Party: Enjoy the celebration back at Nicola Pizza

RACE COURSE

• Course Type: Flat & fast out & back course through the 5-Points Development to the 5-Points Trail.
• Distance: 3.11 miles

SAFE RUNNING & RACING

• Note: The following are NOT allowed in a Seashore Strider event.
• Bikes: Not allowed to pace any registered runner
• Bandits: Non-registered runners are not allowed
• Headphones: Discouraged due to safety of hearing traffic

RACE TIMING

• Timing: Will be done by Seashore Strider Event Production team using the Chronotrack B Chip system.
• Start & Finish: Will be separate: using "gun time."

RACE AMENITIES

• Finish Line: Produced by Seashore Strider Event Production, Inc.
• Awards: Ceremony within 30 minutes following the final finisher
• T-Shirts: Custom t-shirts and pizza awards
• Post-Race: Refreshments & post party at Nicola Pizza

PIZZA AWARDS

• Awards: Presented to Overall Male & Female Champions, Overall Male & Female Masters, and top three Male & Female finishers in various age categories.
