Event Purpose
- Inclusivity: A welcoming, inclusive race morning for all ages and fitness levels in support of women’s health.
- Community Focus: Designed to create space for both physical and mental health within our community.
- Significance: May is a month of awareness for both Women’s Health and Mental Health.
- Support: Every step taken supports a bigger message: taking care of your body and your mind matters.
Schedule
- 7:30 AM: On-site check-in and bib pickup opens
- 8:45 AM: Check-in and bib pickup closes
- 9:00 AM: Kids Fun Run begins
- 9:15 AM: 5K Run/Walk and 1 Mile Walk begin
Awards
- Categories: Top Male and Female winners
- Age Groups: 1st place in each age group
- Note: The 1 Mile Walk is untimed and does not include awards.
- Awards Presentation: Approximate time at 10:15 AM
Important Notes
- Strollers: Welcome during the race.
- 5K: Timed; runners and walkers are welcome.
- Registration: All participants must register in advance, including children.
- Shirts: Included for 5K and 1 Mile Walk participants only; shirt size guarantee ends May 3, 2026.
