Warrior 10-30 Mile Ruck
- Start Time: 9/4/26 at 6:00 PM
- Details: Groups start and finish together
- Options: Choose to complete 10, 20, or 30 miles
- Breaks: Rest after each 10-mile loop with snacks
Required Equipment for 10-30 Mile Ruck
- Rucksack: Backpack required
- Ruck Plate: 20 lb. for >150 lbs or 10 lb. for <150 lbs
- Hydration: 3L hydration bladder recommended
- Additional Gear: Headlamp, first aid kit, gloves, etc.
Warrior 5K Details
- Course: Paved bike path, out and back
- Start Time: 9/5/26 at 9:00 AM
- Rucksack: Not required for this event
- Awards: Patches for finishers and age group awards
Warrior Basic Challenge
- Type: Team event, not a race
- Duration: 4-5 hour fitness challenge
- Start/Finish: Peak Sports Club, Loves Park, IL
- Rain or Shine: No refunds or deferrals
Warrior Basic Challenge Details
- Distance: 8-12 miles rucking
- Training: PT, calisthenics, and functional strength training
- Start Time: 9/5/26 at 12:00 PM
- Required Equipment: Similar to ruck requirements above
