IN-PERSON AND VIRTUAL PARTICIPATION

IN-PERSON 5K

• Early Registration: $20 (Open through July 31, 2026)
• Standard Registration: $30 (August 1 through August 31, 2026)
• Late Registration: $40 (September 1 through September 26, 2026)
• Location: Indian Creek Greenway, Creekwood Pavilion Area, Madison, Alabama (Map)

IMPORTANT PARKING AND ARRIVAL INFORMATION

• Event Staging Area: Located near the Indian Creek Greenway Disc Golf Course pavilion area off Slaughter Road in Madison, Alabama.
• Access: Requires driving through the Creekwood community entrance to reach the greenway parking area.
• Information: Detailed parking instructions, maps, and event day information will be emailed to all registered participants prior to the event.

IN-PERSON REGISTRATION INCLUDES

• Official T-shirt: Pulse Walk T-shirt
• Event Bib: Participation bib
• Fundraising: Access to fundraising platform
• Competition: Eligibility to compete for the Top Fundraiser Super Car Ride Experience

COMMUNITY PICNIC AND GREEN SPACE

• Gathering: Friends, families, neighbors, and supporters are encouraged to bring picnic blankets, folding chairs, and snacks.
• Purpose: To cheer on cancer patients, survivors, and their families throughout the event.
• Atmosphere: We want this to feel like a meaningful community gathering centered around hope, encouragement, and survivorship.
• Additional Activities: Music, food, and family-friendly experiences may be announced as the event grows.

VIRTUAL 5K

• Registration Fee: Virtual Registration = $20
• T-shirt Option: Add an official Pulse Walk T-shirt for an additional $20 to cover printing and shipping costs.
• Participation: Complete their 5K anytime between September 20 and September 26, 2026.
• Eligibility: Remain eligible to compete for the Top Fundraiser Super Car Ride Experience.

If a virtual participant wins a Super Car Ride Experience, the experience must be redeemed in Huntsville, Alabama. Travel and lodging are not included.
