Brunch League Sports invites you to lace up, show out, and run for something bigger than a finish line.

The BLS Run for Community is a Labor Day weekend 5K fundraiser and a celebration of what happens when athletics, nutrition, and community come together in one place.

You run. We brunch. Everyone wins.

Why We Run

• Food Access: Millions of children rely on school meals for daily nutrition, but on weekends, holidays, and during the summer, that access disappears.
• Mission: Brunch League Sports was created to close that gap by combining food, sports, structured programming, and academics.
• Community Space: We are not a drop-off program: we offer a shared space where student-athletes and families can eat, learn, train, and grow together.
• Impact: Every registration directly funds BLS programs that keep young athletes active, supported, and connected when school is out.

What to Expect on Race Day

• Celebration: Cross that finish line and step into the BLS Brunch Experience — a celebration of community, culture, and sport.
• Brunch Spread: A brunch-style finish line spread (yes, really).
• Entertainment: Live music and vendor village with community activation.
• Recognition: Awards ceremony and age group recognition.
• VIP Experience: Reserved seating, premium brunch, and athlete meet-and-greet available.
• Family-Friendly: Bring the whole crew for a family-friendly atmosphere.

Registration Tiers

• Early Bird: $35 (first 75 spots) · Race bib, BLS t-shirt, brunch finish access.
• Standard Registration: $50 · Race bib, BLS t-shirt, brunch finish access.
• Youth: $20 (under 18) · Must run with a registered adult.
• Late Registration: $65 · Available Aug 16 through race week.
• VIP Brunch Experience: $100 (30 spots only) · Reserved seating, premium brunch, BLS merch bag, athlete meet-and-greet.
• Virtual Runner: $25 · Run anywhere Labor Day weekend · digital bib + medal mailed.

Course Details

A flat, fast, beginner-friendly 5K (3.1 miles) in College Park, MD — perfect for first-timers, families, and competitive runners alike. Full course map and venue address will be posted upon confirmation. All finish line activities take place at the race site.
