Hot to Trot 5K

Race Overview

Join us for the Annual Hot to Trot 5K on Saturday, July 25, 2026. This race grows bigger each year, so don’t miss out on all the fun. It’s a mostly flat family-friendly course, a perfect route for seasoned runners looking to PR, for the casual runner that’s in no rush, and for the entire family to take a walk before the day gets too hot! Every registrant will receive a cool performance-wicking t-shirt, breakfast, and maybe even a medal? Awards are given out to top runners, but the biggest hit of the day is our awesome t-shirts! In order to be guaranteed a t-shirt register by Thursday, July 9th.

Key Details

• Registration: Online registration closes at 6 PM on Friday, July 24th. Yes! You can still participate, day of race registration opens at 7 AM.
• Weather: Check the weather for Upton here.
• Start Time: The race starts promptly at 8:00 AM, with registration beginning at 7:00 AM. Rain or shine!
• Location: Upton VFW, 15 Milford St. Upton, MA.

Awards and Prizes

Awards for:

• Overall: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd for Overall Male and Female.
• Age Groups: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place Winners for Male and Female Age Groups: 14 & under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+.

• Water Stop: Water stop at halfway mark!
• Mile Markers: Mile Markers at 1 & 2.
• Fast Course: PR on our fast course!
• Post-Race: Music, breakfast & awards following the race.
