Training Description
- Duration: 6 week training session for K-6th Grade
- Sessions: Each session will consist of training for 20-30 minutes
- Running Distance: Finish with a run from 1/4 mile working up to a mile or more depending on ability
- Schedule: We meet once each week on Thursday from 6-7 PM
