- Tour Guide: Join a Yampatika Naturalist.
- Focus: Explore Steamboat’s Mineral Springs, each with its own history, medicinal uses, and geologic past.
- Age Recommendation: All ages are welcome: however, content is aimed at adults and young adults, and may be difficult for young children.
- Partnership: Offered in partnership with the Tread of Pioneers Museum: participants receive a half-off admission coupon to the museum.

- Meeting Location: Steamboat Art Depot Parking Lot.
- Address: 1001 13th Street.
- Time: We will meet at 8:50am.
What to Expect
- Structure: The walk is broken into two segments.
- First Segment: Covers approximately 1 mile, mostly flat along city sidewalks.
- Second Segment: Optional trek to Lithia Springs, covering another mile with some elevation gain.
- Terrain: Mainly through residential streets.
What to Wear/Bring
- Clothing: Wear comfortable clothes and shoes suitable for 1-2 hours outside.
- Weather Preparedness: Be prepared for changing weather: sun protection is recommended (hat, sunglasses, sunscreen).
- Elevation Awareness: UV rays are much more powerful at our elevation: even two hours can lead to sunburns.
- Essentials: Bring a water bottle and any necessary medications, including epi-pens.
