Program Description
- Target Group: K-6th Grade students
- Duration: 6 week training session
- Session Structure: Each session will consist of training for 20-30 minutes
- Running Progression: Finish with a run from 1/4 mile working up to a mile or more depending on ability

- Frequency: Once each week on Thursdays
- Time: 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM
