Training Details
- Session Duration: 6 week training session for K-6th Grade
- Weekly Meetings: Once each week on Thursday from 6-7 pm
- Training Format: Each session will consist of training for 20-30 minutes
- Running Progression: Finish with a run from 1/4 mile working up to a mile or more depending on ability
Registration and Costs
- Cost: $20 includes Training, Tshirt, Certificate & a $5 discount on target race
- Target Race: Lakebottom 1 mile or 5K on August 1
- Race Location: Lakebottom Park (not Hardaway High School)
