• Description: This race is California's Toughest Sprint Triathlon and has a challenging and beautiful course.

Race Features

• Swim: .75 mile swim in Folsom Lake, with a water temperature of approximately 68 degrees.
• Bike: 10-mile bike course on a multi-LAP route within the park, on roads closed to traffic.
• Run: 5-mile trail run on single-track trails along the lake back towards Beals Point.
• Finisher Gear: Participants will receive a Granite Bay Triathlon Finisher Shirt & Hat, plus a post-race lunch.

Awards

• Overall Champions: First place Overall Male and Female will receive Overall Champion Awards.
• Age Group Awards: Awards will be presented three deep in each ten-year age group.
• Tri Club Championship: The race is the NorCal/Nevada Tri Club Championship Race.
• Points: Overall Champions will be determined by finisher and podium points received by Club Team Members.

Rules and Regulations

• Wetsuits: Recommended for the Triathlon: swim fins and snorkels are not allowed.
• Helmet Requirement: Helmets must be worn and buckled on the bike at all times.
• Run Numbers: Run numbers must be worn on the run and when crossing the finish line.
• Listening Devices: Not allowed during the event (e.g., MP3 players, headphones).

• No Refund Policy: TBF Racing has a No Refund policy for all events.
• Race Transfers: Allowed within a one-year timeframe with a transfer fee.
• Weather: All TBF Racing events are held Rain or Shine.
