About R.I.S.E.

• Mission: Building Healthy Communities by helping individuals tap into their own resiliency.
• Focus: Empowering, educating, and entertaining individuals.
• History: Established in 2012, recently recognized as a nonprofit.
• Partnerships: Collaboration with local government agencies and educational institutions.

Registration Information

• Early Registration: $35 until April 22, 2024
• On-Site Registration: $45 on race day
• Team Registration: $50 for one package, $25 for each additional member (minimum of 10 required)
• Shirt Delivery: No shirts guaranteed for late registrants.

T-shirts & Race Packet Pick-Up

• Pre-registered Participants: Receive an original "Run to Your Health" t-shirt.
• Packet Pick-Up: Available at Sportspectrum on May 9 from 12:00 pm – 6:00 pm and May 10 from 10:00 am - 5:30 pm.
• Race Day Pick-Up: Available at the race site starting at 7:00 am.
• Timing Chip: Essential for participating: attach to your shoe and return after the race.

Awards

• Overall Winners: Male & female winners (18 and over) will receive a $100 gift card.
• Kids Winners: Male and female (18 and under) will receive a $50 gift card.
• Age Group Awards: 1st place male and female in each age group.
• Age Groups: 8-13, 14-19, 19-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+.

Post-Event Celebration

• Activities: Food and Health Expo, awards ceremony, music.
• Kid Amenities: Jumpies for kids and other fun activities.
• Healthy Refreshments: Water and fruit available.
• Community Engagement: Join us in celebrating health and wellness!

Special Notes

• Course Accessibility: Strollers, wagons, and baby joggers are allowed but must proceed at a walking pace.
• Event Participation: Encourages all ages and abilities.
