👕 Shirts and Awards

• Shirts: Moisture Wicking Shirts are guaranteed to all preregistered runners and walkers before 5/04/26.
• Awards: Overall Male/Female, Overall Masters ( ≥ 40 yr) Male/Female, Top 3 Male/Female in various age groups.
• Age Groups: Includes 0-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14, 15-18, and more up to 80+.
• Categories: Athena (Female ≥ 170 lb), Clydesdale (Male ≥ 210 lb).

🕒 Race Information

• Timing: Computerized Timing provided by T&H Timing with split times at every mile.
• Course: The 5K run is a road course with moderate hills.
• Restrictions: No strollers, bicycles, in-line skates, or scooters allowed: handicap equipment is permitted.
• Water Stations: Available on the course for participants.

📝 Registration Details

• Online Registration: Register at www.Runsignup.com until 8 AM on May 15th.
• Registration Fees: 5K Run or 1 Mile Walk Ages 13 & Over $30: Children 12 & Under $25 (1 Mile Walk Only).
• Mail-in Registrations: Must be postmarked before May 1, 2026.
• Race Day Registration: $35 for Run & Walk.

📦 Packet Pick-Up

• Early Pick-Up: Available on Wednesday and Thursday from 10 AM-6 PM at the Extra Mile Fitness Co., 3400 Calumet Ave, Valparaiso, IN.
• On-Site Pick-Up: Starts at 4:30 PM on Friday, May 15th.
