Cherokee Choices Mother's Day 5K

Event Overview

The 2025 Cherokee Choices Mother's Day 5K Run/Walk is offering two options to celebrate all of our wonderful Moms.

5K Run/Walk

• Date: Saturday - May 10
• Hosted by: Cherokee Choices
• Course: Road, farm road, and trails – offering a complete review of the historic site.
• Participants: Suitable for seasoned runners, first timers, and walkers.

DIY Anywhere 5K

• Dates: Saturday - May 3 to Sunday - May 11
• Format: Participants can run or walk at any time and any location.
• Options: Run around the block, on trails, at the track (12.5 laps = 5K), or on a treadmill.
• Participation: Invite friends and family: submit your time for inclusion in online “just for fun” results.

Entry Fees

• Adults: $15 Now until May 1st: $20 May 1st until Race Day.
• Youth: (1-12) & Elders: (59-99+): $10 Now until Race Day.
• Shirts: Everyone who signs up will receive a Mother's Day 5K shirt.

Awards & Age Groups

• 5K: Top 3 Overall M/F.
• Age Groups: Top 3 M/F in categories: 8 & Under, 9-12, 13-16, 17-19, 20-25, 26-35, 36-45, 46-50, 51-60, 61+.

5K Schedule

• Date: Saturday - May 10th
• 8:00am: Packet Pick Up & Onsite Registration
• 9:00am: START
• 10:00am: Approx Awards Ceremony

Charitable Contributions

• ALL proceeds benefit EBCI Senior Citizens.
• Special Offer: Donate $50 or more and your Entry is FREE!
