• Anniversary: This is the 12th year anniversary of Cold Turkey 5K & Little Turkeys FUN Run/Walk (All Ages).
• Fundraiser: We are planning to make this year's fundraiser for Special Olympics of Macon County, NC the best yet!

Packing Information

• T-Shirt Pickup: T-Shirt and Bib pickup will be held from 4-5:30pm on Wednesday, November 25, 2026, at TASSEE SHELTER 877 ULCO DRIVE, Franklin, NC and on the morning of the race starting at 7:30am.
• Registration: Race day registration/Race packet pickup begins at 7:30am.
• Start Times: Little Turkeys FUN! Run/Walk starts at 8:30AM and Cold Turkey 5K starts at 9:00AM - 1 hour cut off for the 5K.
• Shirt Guarantee: The first 200 5K pre-registered online racers/20 Little Turkeys FUN! Run/Walk (All Ages) WILL RECEIVE AN EVENT SHIRT. You must register before November 9, 2026, to be guaranteed an event shirt.

Awards

• 5K Awards: Awards to the overall 1st-3rd male & female winners and 1st-3rd age division winners.
• Little Turkeys Awards: Awards to the overall 1st place. Every Little Turkey racer will receive a completion award.
